Shipping & Delivery
Absolutely! You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number sent via WhatsApp for you to monitor the status of your shipment.
Regrettably, we do not offer COD service. All items will be dispatched via our courier partner for delivery to your specified address.
We will ship items from the UK to Malaysia on a monthly basis. Currently, we only ship items to Malaysia.
Unfortunately, we do not offer personal shopping services for perishable items such as meat, poultry, dairy products, etc.

You can expect your purchase items to be delivered to your doorstep in 10 weeks after the shipment is set off in the UK. Once your items arrive at our distribution station in Malaysia, you will be promptly notified. Delivery to your doorstep typically takes 7 days from this point.
Returns & refunds
Absolutely! All parcels are covered by our basic insurance, providing a maximum coverage of RM200. For parcels of higher value, we recommend upgrading to EasyCover protection, which offers a maximum coverage of RM10,000. Reach out to us, and our team will handle the entire insurance process from start to finish. In the unlikely event of any mishaps, we’ll ensure you’re fairly compensated for any losses.
Unfortunately, all goods are non-exchangeable. We advise customers to carefully check their size and fitting before placing an order.
If your items are deemed faulty or broken, they can only be returned if they are unopened and still in their original packaging. Please contact Murahoo customer service for further assistance.

Item purchased from the UK and shipped to Malaysia must adhere to certain size and weight restrictions. The maximum dimensions for an item are not more than 2 metres on any side, and the maximum weight is 25kg.
